By using Bingo, whether by installing the app from Zid or Salla or by using the API, you agree to these terms.
The service
Bingo provides smart search for your store's products, including autocomplete, filters and analytics, running on your storefront after installation. We may develop and improve the service's features over time.
Account and subscription
- The service starts with a 14-day free trial unless the platform sets a different period.
- Billing runs through your store platform (Zid or Salla) under the plan you choose and follows that platform's refund policies.
- When the trial or subscription ends without renewal, Bingo search stops and your store returns to its theme's original search.
Merchant obligations
- You own or are licensed to use the product data in your store, and it complies with applicable law.
- You will not use the service or its API in a way that harms it or exceeds reasonable use, such as excessive automated requests.
- You will not attempt to access other stores' data.
Intellectual property
Your store and product data remain yours. The service, its software and its brand remain Bingo's.
Availability
We work to keep the service fast and available at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions. If Bingo is unavailable, your store's original search stays available to shoppers.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel at any time by removing the app from your store. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible.
